At Safe Medics Wellness, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring all products are tested and securely packed before shipment. However, in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, order ID, etc.).
After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Used or opened products.
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
- Customized or made-to-order products (such as chambers with specific configurations).
- Clearance or discounted items.
3. Product Inspection
Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will collect the product from your address. Our quality assurance team will inspect the product, and upon verification, your refund will be processed.
4. Shipping Costs
- In case of a valid return (damaged or defective product), Safe Medics Wellness will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, shipping charges will not be refunded.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
